Looking for a fun and motivating way to get in shape? Look no further than our outdoor training sessions! We cater for all abilities and keep every session varied with a range of fitness styles and equipment.

Join us every week on a Wednesday and Friday for a full body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, fitter and leaner.

Fun & Community

 Our fitness sessions are just what you need! Not only will you get a great workout and improve your fitness but you'll also have the opportunity to meet new people in your local area.

Cardio Fitness

We'll cover HIIT exercises, intervals and body weight training to help you increase your heart rate, burn calories and feel great

Full Body Strength

With a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, and sandbags, our experienced instructor will guide you through the correct form and help you fall in love with training.

Core 

By taking part in the Bootcamp Andy will help you strengthen your core, improve your balance and with our dynamic stretches leave you feeling better than when you started. 

Training with Andy has been brilliant and he has really helped me get results. It's been great to work out with new people and I've made some great friendships through this!
